Repair, replacement and inspection
About Titan Roofing
We are the roofers neighbors call when a ceiling starts to stain or a tile slides off the eave. We get on the roof, find what let the water in, and put the price for the whole job in writing before we start.
Open every day of the week. After hours, leave a voicemail and we return it the next working morning.
Who we are
Titan Roofing in Santa Barbara
Titan Roofing is a roofing business in Santa Barbara that repairs, replaces and inspects roofs.
Most calls start with something a homeowner can see from the hallway or the yard: a brown ring on the ceiling, a cracked tile, a soft board at the eave, a flat roof that still holds water days after the rain.
We work across the city and the towns around it, and that footprint is our commitment. If your roof sits somewhere else, ask on the call and we will tell you straight whether we can get there.
What you can count on
How we handle every job
We give free estimates, return calls the same working day, quote the whole job before starting and clean up when the work is done.
These are the commitments we keep on every job.
-
Estimates
We come out, look the roof over and price the work at no charge, and you owe us nothing if you decide to wait.
-
Callbacks
If we miss you, we ring back before the day is out. A message left after hours gets an answer the next working morning.
-
Arrival
We show up when we say we will, and if something changes we phone ahead rather than leave you waiting at the window.
-
The price
You see the full number in writing before anybody climbs a ladder, and that is what you pay, with no surprise charges after.
-
Cleanup
Broken tile, loose nails and torn paper leave with us, and the driveway and garden beds get swept before we pack the truck.

In our customers' own words
What people wrote after we came out to look at their roof.
Top notch - Serjio and his team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were always on time and the most polite and pleasant contractors we have ever had. The whole team went out of the way to make the time at our home as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend his company.
Thank you. titan roofing I highly recommend them to everybody Five stars all the way
I called Titan Roofing & Rain Gutters inc.for a quote on a residential home, and within minutes they were calling me back and setting up a same day appointment. Sergio came out within the hour and was very professional. He looked everything over and even gave me some great advice in case we ever do experience any leaks. He didn't even have the job but was still willing to help me out.
What we do
The roof repair work we do
Our work is roof repair and the services around it, all laid out on the home page.
That means tracing leaks to where the water actually gets in, replacing cracked tile and slate, fixing "flashing" at chimneys and walls, sealing skylights, and bringing a tired flat roof back with a coating. When a repair no longer makes sense, we inspect the roof and replace it from the "tear-off" up.
